When you first come in the park, you can see some of the roads are bad and some of the Trailers are in bad shape but if you look at the new signs, check out the newly remodeled pool and tour some of the redone houses, you can see that there is progress being made. I have been here just weeks away from a year and the new management has been here just a few months longer than me. The manager "Tami" can be heard talking about more changes she wants to make here at all of our kid friendly events at the club house and she excited about what has already been done. I know it sounds like it but I don't and have never worked here and I don't get paid for reviews. The only thing I would change is how the roads are cared for in the winter. Tami wants to find you a house here and she will do everything in her power to help you out. I gave 4 stars only because of winter roads but You would love it here. The new assistant manager is so nice and you should meet the maintenance staff. They are pretty cool. They always wave when they see you and If you really need help, they will be down at your house as soon as they get a free minute.
oakhill is a dump with a disrespectful manager and staff.
Just what you expect when you here trailer park
Clubhouse was nice but many of the homes in the park are not well maintained.
Having lived here for 2 years, I have experienced the park go from the old management through foreclosure to the current new owners and management. The current owners are doing an excellent job. They have spent large sums of money and resources to improve the park for current and future residents. The office and maintenance staff are friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any issues. I highly recommend this community for your future home.
