I feel so much safer living here with my family knowing that Michelle and her staff will ALWAYS, no matter the time of day, make sure this community is protected. A HUGE THANK YOU to you all for making this a safe place to raise my children, a place I can proudly call home!
Whole place smells of septic...boil water alert once a month
Office staff is the best. Maintenance guy is also pretty great!
By far the best place I've lived! The manager is AMAZING, she ALWAYS takes care of our community everything from keeping our community looking nice to keeping the families in here safe.
The staff up at the office does everything in their power to keep us residents informed on all that takes place here; from improving where we live to the boil water notices (which granted it sucks but they are only looking out for our BEST interest). I'm really sick and tired of seeing all these BS reviews... seriously the only reason people talk bad about our community and the management is because they don't want to follow the rules or pay their rent; they feel like they're above community rules ...
There are always fun activities going on for kids and the whole family. Everything from pizza parties to making mother's/Father's day gifts, and all the holidays in between! We get dumpster brought in for fall and spring cleanup at no extra cost to us residents! We have a brand new playground and bath house at the pool! And they are still improving...we are excited to see what's next !

This park when I was growing up used to be one of this of the worst in the area I've seen this part go downhill I've seen be emptied1 looking but I've been here for the last four years and this park has done a tremendous turnout ladies in the office are very professional if you have any questions if I can give you an answer within 24 hours or right at that minute they planned activities during the holidays for all the children in the park their playground was downhill but last year they spent a lot of money putting in a new place set for the kids they just build a bathhouse at the pool with the shower so you can take a shower before you go in the pool.
It's within walking distance to the Renaissance Festival the Fall colors around here are awesome walking distance also true love Holly and bottoms up to very nice community and they also do a garage sale in the summertime
