Karen and Sandy are very friendly and helpful. Karen replied to my email the next morning (very fast) but nothing was available. I was looking for a 10x20 for my car. They had a 20x20 with two doors that wasn't rented out so they put up a wall and made two 10x20 units for myself and another gentleman. I could not have been happier with getting a unit, but knowing they took the extra effort to make that happen just made the experience that much better. Karen took me out to show me the storage unit in her car because it was about 40 degrees out. The unit was clean and already had a wooden storage shelf in it which i didn't mind and can use. Overall great experience!!!
