Butchers are so helpful and nice. Most places don't even have butchers anymore. Other departments have above average customer service too. Lucky to have this store
Over all a good store prices can be a little higher then they should be completed to other stores. Employees are pretty friendly and helpful (when called upon). Would be 5 stars if prices were lower.
Poor customer service! Won't go there again because of that. Holly needs another better grocery store. G krogering instead. I do!
Most of the stuff they sell is about to expire. It is like they buy stuff that is about to go bad and that what they sell. Over priced and low quality. Luckily there is a kroger less than 10 min away. Whoever owns it needs to give up and sell the business. In all my years of living and shopping there I have never encountered someone who claims to like it there. Btw some of the staff does not shower, you have been warned.
I will never shop at Holly Foods again. I came in one night, bought spinach dip and found a finger nail in the spinach dip. To make matters worse I came in to return it and the lady in charge was acting immature and arguing with me, telling me that it’s not a finger nail. The owners and management here are very bad. This company is cheap and the place is very dirty. This will be the last time I will shop here again!!!
