Needed a tow due to heavy snow, driver Jon E arrived over an hour earlier than road service operator estimated. Provided friendly and fast service. Never dealt with Armstead Automotive before, I will if needed in the future and will refer others.
Plow truck at the State Park down the road broke down. John and his crew quickly got on it. They were overloaded with the Christmas day problems, and had to do a lot of catching up, they quickly got on it and got me back on the road. Thanks guys! John the owner personally gave me a ride to pick my truck up! Plowing the park is a big deal. Thanks guys! Hopefully John in service can get the after market blade figured out before the next snow! Tell John in service to order the plow shoes as well and bill them to VTS! One fell off when I got back to the park.
So far my experience with Armstead Automotive has been wonderful and stress free. I was having a horrible experience with a shady/dishonest dealership repair shop so I called Armstead towing. Our truck was all the way down in Ann Arbor. They gave me an amazing price to come down and tow our truck back to the repair shop in Holly. Jon. E. came out immediately and even called me when he was about 30 minutes away. He was very friendly and got my truck on the flat bed in no time. He even asked to make sure I had a ride back home. Calling them was the best decision I have made all day. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a fair price and to work with some friendly and honest people.
Greg M was awesome!!! I was freaked out and annoyed about my car, but he came relatively quickly (despite the bad weather) and was extremely helpful.
