Nice place but less than stellar sites and highway noise is noticeable. On the plus side we were there for a Halloween weekend and they allowed us to have fun and were not strict with rain zones(tarps) or noise.

Sincerely this family of 6

I visited this place tonight not as a patron but a mother. I got a FaceTime call from my 6 year old son asking me to come comfort him and look him over. My children and their father were staying there tonight. He was riding his bike around the campsite and fell, bashing his two front teeth on a rock. He cut his nose and was bleeding pretty good from his teeth. Upon arrival I was asked to check in, I explained my situation and was told it's $10 to park and visit! Are you kidding me? I'm just a concerned mother trying to comfort her child in pain and I have to pay a $10 visitor fee! Unbelievable- no compassion -completely unacceptable. I'm still absolutely astonished! I was there for 1 hour and 6 minutes.

My family and I stayed here from wed June 21st to Sunday June 25th and we were apprehensive due to so many negative reviews! My wife emailed the office days before our stay asking about the things she read, she was emailed back with updated pictures of how things currently had looked and gave a friendly explanation! She also emailed requesting a site near a playground which is exactly what we got! Check in on a Wednesday was a breeze but there were still other campers here! All of the staff we encountered were very helpful, friendly and professional! This campground is making many improvements and had staff working all day at times to keep the campers happy! Yes it rained while we were here(lots of complaints about site flooding and the gravel roads) you are at a campground not all campgrounds have paved roads or cement slabs for sites choose wisely if this is not the type of campground for you! Our children loved the bounce houses, outdoor jumping pillow and bowling! They also made tie-dye shirts. The firetruck ride was lots of fun and the outdoor movie was great as well! We ordered a pizza which was fantastic( lots of options to choose from) the ice cream shop in the office was an added bonus the ice cream was delicious! My wife really enjoyed the fresh lemonade while watching our children swim( in the clean, not green pool) the laundry room and new shower house are great! The em have the trailed bathroom with shower( express lav; I think that's what it's called! Hot hot hot water) keep up the great work Holly KOA we will be back!

I wish I could give a negative rating! We arrived 1 hour 15 minutes early and they charged for early check in, granted we were early but never has any other KOA ever charged for that, the place is empty. It was 90 degrees 2 days ago and the pool water is green, it looks very run down and not clean at all. Thank god I don't need to use their restroom, I'm not even going to attempt to go in one. The staff is not very knowledgeable and confused at what the check in time was, when our daughter comes tomorrow she has no where to park her car but they charged us per person for them to come here. I've stayed at state parks and sam goodies that are cleaner and friendlier than this

It was a good time. However, for the cost, it isn't really a good value. We paid about $160 a night for a deluxe cabin. We wanted a private shower, which we got with that cabin...but the hot water didn't work right. So, some of us had to take cold showers. Things are a bit rundown, and they are often understaffed (waited about 30 minutes in line to check in and then the same to get ice cream). The queen mattress REALLY needed to be replaced/upgraded. They need to provide more activities that are included in your rental fee to charge this much. The staff that I encountered were all very nice and tried really hard.
